Privacy Policy

Haby · Last updated August 22, 2026

Haby is a screen time and digital balance application for Android, provided by IntentUp ("we", "us"). This policy explains how Haby handles your information.

Haby has no user accounts. You never create a profile, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number. By using Haby, you agree to the processing described here.

1. Information we handle

Your screen time history, limits, goals and settings are stored on your phone, in Haby's private application storage. There is no cloud backup and no account to sync them to.

Your screen time information leaves your device in one case only: generating the weekly plan, a Haby Plus feature. Your device then sends your app usage over the past week, your selected daily goal, and a pseudonymous subscription identifier.

When your device contacts our server for that plan, we also receive its IP address. We use it only to limit how often requests can be made and to prevent abuse of the service.

2. AI processing

To create the weekly plan, our server sends that usage summary to Google's Gemini API, which processes it as our service provider and returns the plan to your device. The request is not linked to your name or email, because we do not have them, and we do not keep the usage summary or the plan on our servers afterwards.

3. Permissions

All three can be revoked at any time in Android settings.

4. Subscriptions

Haby Plus is sold through Google Play Billing, and subscription status is managed for us by RevenueCat. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your card details. See the RevenueCat privacy policy and Google's privacy policy for how they handle this information.

5. What we do not do

Haby contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no advertising identifiers. We do not sell or share your information with data brokers, and we do not build a profile of you across other apps or services.

6. Retention and deletion

Everything Haby stores on your device is deleted permanently when you uninstall the app or clear its data. On our side, the only records kept are the short-lived technical ones described above, such as the IP address used for rate limiting, and they expire automatically within days. Subscription records are held by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as billing and legal obligations require.

7. Children

Haby is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Haby changes. The revised version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Haby after an update means you accept the revised policy.
